TOECM Initiative Nonprofit Asset Distribution Plan

Purpose:

The distribution of assets for the TOECM Initiative (also referred to as TOECM in this documentation) will align with its mission to drive sustainable growth and positive transformation in communities and organizations through continuous unlearning, relearning, conflict resolution, and inclusive best practices.

Asset Categories:
  1. Program Assets:
    • Educational Materials: Resources related to continuous improvement, conflict resolution, and capacity building (e.g., workshops, training manuals, digital resources).

    • Community Outreach and Development Tools: Funds and equipment for conducting local and organizational outreach programs aimed at spreading TOECM values (Tenability, Optimization, Empathy, Collaboration, Measurability).

    • Technology and Software: Tools and software for efficient data management, performance tracking, and communication to support community projects and internal initiatives.

  2. Operational Assets:
    • Office Equipment: Hardware and tools necessary for daily operations, including computers, communication devices, and other administrative tools.

    • Workspaces: Office spaces or shared working hubs for TOECM Initiative members to conduct planning, research, and execution of projects.

    • Personnel Support: Allocation of funds for the hiring, training, and compensation of staff and volunteers in support of core program initiatives.

  3. Financial Assets:
    • Program Funding: A portion of financial resources dedicated to running the core initiatives of the nonprofit, including skill gap analysis, workflow optimization, and conflict resolution workshops.

    • Grant and Fundraising Allocations: Assets reserved for matching grants, sponsorships, and future fundraising activities aimed at expanding the TOECM reach.

    • Emergency and Contingency Fund: A percentage of the financial assets will be held in reserve for unforeseen circumstances that could affect the organization’s programs or operational capacity.

  4. Intellectual Property:
    • TOECM Models and Frameworks: Protection and management of the intellectual property of TOECM models (APUR, Change Model, System Categories) to ensure they remain accessible for continuous learning and improvement programs.

    • Publications and Research: Assets include any published works or research funded by TOECM Initiative to promote education and awareness of the nonprofit’s goals.

  5. Volunteer and Human Resources:
    • Volunteer Support: Allocation of resources for training, recruitment, and retention of volunteers, ensuring they are well-equipped to serve in various TOECM Initiative projects.

    • Professional Development: Assets for ongoing education and improvement of both staff and volunteers to embody the core values and lead by example in conflict resolution and organizational transformation.

Asset Distribution Priorities:
1. Program Development & Implementation (50%)
  • Purpose: To fund initiatives that promote continuous unlearning and relearning, practicing epoche, conflict resolution, and addressing root causes for community and organizational growth.

  • Examples:

    • Development of educational workshops and training on third-culture integration, team collaboration, and skill enhancement.

    • Deployment of unlearning and relearning programs focused on breaking limiting cultural norms.

    • Initiating conflict resolution frameworks within communities and organizations using best practices.

2. Community Outreach & Capacity Building (20%)
  • Purpose: To engage with underserved and minority communities to foster inclusivity and promote self-empowerment.

  • Examples:

    • Collaborating with local partners to create awareness campaigns about mental health and emotional well-being.

    • Hosting community events that encourage collaboration, dialogue, and shared learning.

    • Offering workshops that focus on inclusive leadership and cultural empathy.

3. Research & Development (10%)
  • Purpose: To fund research that supports the development of innovative solutions that align with TOECM's values and mission, focusing on sustainable growth and optimization.

  • Examples:

    • Research into best practices for continuous improvement and their application across various sectors.

    • Studies on the long-term impact of unlearning and relearning frameworks on organizational culture and productivity.

4. Operations & Administration (10%)
  • Purpose: To ensure the efficient management and execution of the TOECM Initiative’s programs, adhering to compliance and best practices.

  • Examples:

    • Day-to-day administrative costs, including staff salaries, technology, and operational tools.

    • Legal, accounting, and compliance-related expenses.

5. Capacity Building & Development (5%)
  • Purpose: To invest in internal training and the professional development of staff and volunteers to ensure alignment with the nonprofit’s mission.

  • Examples:

    • Leadership and team development workshops to enhance internal capacity.

    • Providing access to continuing education in third-culture integration, optimization practices, and conflict resolution.

6. Emergency/Contingency Fund (5%)
  • Purpose: To set aside resources for unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the sustainability of the nonprofit during challenging times.

  • Examples:

    • Financial reserves to address urgent program needs or external disruptions that impact operational continuity.
